Excellent Enterprises ships a product in 100% brand new condition unless mentioned otherwise, since some products for discontinued vehicles can’t be procured new. For such products, Excellent Enterprises shall send a confirmation mail for consent, which has to be replied with the acceptance of such product along with the original text.

Guarantee, if any, is given by the respective manufacturers and not by us, we only help you to get the goods replaced from the manufactures at your cost of time, money and any unforeseen cost which may arise in the future without any type of binding commitment.

The prices and/or discount structure mentioned on the website can be changed any moment without any prior notice.

The third party logos, images and trademarks provided anywhere on the website are the property of their respective manufacturers, not ours. We have reproduced the same with the object to promote the sale of the products of the respective manufacturers and to provide information to you about that product.

We try our best to supply the complete order at once, if possible, but if some items of the given order are not available with us, we ship only the available items from your order for express service.

The delivery time mentioned on the website with each product is an estimate only.

At present, we are authorized to sell goods in India and outside India also.

All disputes are subject to PUNE Jurisdiction.

Pricing / Typographical Errors

If Excellent Enterprises comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors wrt pricing or product information, Excellent Enterprises shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund monies, if any, collected from the customer within 10-15 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done by cheque.

If a product offered by Excellent Enterprises itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Excellent Enterprises are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
