Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by purchaser: -

Excellentexim.com reserves the right to accept or reject any request for cancellation of order in its sole discretion. However, in our usual business practice, orders cancelled within 1 working day (i.e. Monday-Saturday, 11am to 7pm) i.e. if the order is placed on a working day within working hours, it can be cancelled till the end of that working day else if the order is placed on a non-working day(i.e. Sunday) or on a working day but not in working hours(11am – 7pm on working days) it can be cancelled till the end of the working hours of the first working day that comes after the time of order placement. To make our services prompt we will not be able to cancel the order after the expiry of the aforementioned time, since we try to serve you as soon as possible. In the event where excellentexim.com accepts a cancellation, the purchaser will be repaid the full amount that has been paid towards the confirmation of order, if any, by the same payment mode as used during the order confirmation.

Cancellation by Excellentexim.com: - 

Excellentexim.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without any explanation for doing the same, under situations where excellentexim.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed does not comply with Excellentexim.com policy or for any other reason whatsoever. However, Excellentexim.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation is intimated within appropriate time to the purchaser/concerned person and any refund, if applicable by Excellentexim.com return policy, will be made in reasonable time.
