10 Day Return Policy (Only For India )

Items purchased on excellentexim.com can be returned within 10 days from the date of invoice, under the following conditions:-

The item/s should be complete with respect to the original item with accessories, boxes, packing material and any other peripherals that were supplied with the same.

An amount equal to 15% of the invoice amount will be deducted as restocking fee from the total invoice amount. This re-stocking amount can be waived off in special circumstances, if requested by the purchaser, at the sole discretion of excellentexim.com  management.

The returned item/s should be unused, undamaged and in an unaltered condition.

Consumable items, such as perfumes, sprays, etc. will not be accepted for return unless in fully packed condition, i.e., the original packing condition.

The mode of payment of refund amount will remain same as the mode of payment for the order. For cash on delivery mode of payment, a cheque will be issued within 30 days from the date of acceptance of return.

The item/s to be returned have to be sent back at the purchaser’s expense to the communication address provided.

Original proof of purchase, i.e. the original copy of invoice should be sent along with the item/s to be returned.

Shipping and other labor charges (if any) will not be refunded.

Disclaimer: 

Excellentexim.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any request for return without any explanation where excellentexim.com is not able to accept the item for reasons such as altered condition of item/s, damaged condition or for any other reason whatsoever in which case the returned item/s can be shipped back to the original address of the purchaser at purchaser’s expense of shipping. However, excellentexim.com will ensure that any communication of the refusal of refund is intimated within appropriate time to the purchaser.
